Buying from this shop is an agreement between you and NOVA ROSE, and these are its terms.

Prices

Prices shown include tax where tax applies and exclude delivery, which is calculated at checkout. A price is honoured as shown at the moment you order. If a price is wrong by an obvious margin — a decimal in the wrong place — we will tell you before we charge you and you can cancel.

Bundles

A bundle’s saving is the difference between its price and the sum of its members’ current prices. Because it is calculated rather than typed, it moves when a member’s price moves. The figure shown at the moment you order is the figure you get.

Stock

Stock figures on product pages are live. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we contact you the same day with a date or a refund, at your choice.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law, including the right to a refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
