Returns

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, including no reason.

What we need

The item in a condition you would accept yourself, and the original packaging if you still have it. If you do not, tell us and we will send a box — it costs us less than the item being damaged on the way back.

Opened is fine

A keyboard you have typed on for a week is a returnable keyboard. That is the only way to know whether a keyboard suits you. Keycaps that have been installed are also returnable; keycap sets that have been split across two boards are not, for the obvious reason.

Refunds

Refunded to the original payment method within three working days of the return arriving. Original delivery cost is refunded too if the whole order goes back.

If something arrives broken

Photograph it before you do anything else and send the photograph with your order number. A replacement goes out the same day; we sort out the courier ourselves and do not ask you to.
