Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are picked the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day.

What it costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the order. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown in the notice at the top of the shop, and the threshold is the order total after any discount — a discount that drops you below it will remove the free delivery, and the checkout will say so before you pay.

How long it takes

Two to four working days for standard delivery, one working day for express where it is offered at checkout. These are the courier’s figures, and we do not add a day to them to look good.

Large items

The Monitor Riser and the Quartz Speakers ship in their own boxes and may arrive separately from the rest of an order. You are not charged twice.
